In Cuba, sixty years after the Revolution, two teenage brothers live in their own dystopian universe in a humble home they share with their father, a veteran of the Angolan War of Independence. On the cusp of adulthood, the motives behind a disturbingly believable show goes beyond a mere search for fun, leading getaway from harsh reality. As they explore the limits of this theatre of war where they themselves are the playwrights, actors and audience, innocence loses ground in favor of hastened maturity, forged in the representation of violence and the struggle between loyalty and betrayal.
