“Sense Ficció” is a programme directed and presented by Montse Armengou. Its main objective is to broadcast the best documentaries that are made all over the world, as well as trend–setting documentaries of their own production on TV3.
At “Sense Ficció” we understand the documentary as a tool for social progress. The type of journalism we practice seeks to give a voice to people who do not normally have it and expose conflicts, controversies and stories that have previously been buried.
The programme is a window to the best productions of this genre that allow us to reflect on the great challenges of today’s society. It is the first space of this type broadcast by a public television entity in southern Europe on its main channel. Some of the documentary films screened have caused controversy or admiration in the international arena due to their artistic value or disclosures.
