Sow, wait, reap.Feed, milk, herd. Press, curdle, salt. These are the days of a woman and a man in the interior of Gran Canaria for more than 80 years. A mantra of everyday life, self-sufficient and artisanal, to which the two islanders embrace until the day when the wisdom of their cheeses disappear.

RAFAEL MONTEZUMA (Gran Canaria, Spain, 1971). In 2018, Rafael directed his first short film Dua2litet, for which he obtained the Dimensions Award in the Short Short Story Film Festival in Providence, the
United States. That same year, Rafael was awarded with the first prize for his work Hiram in the Short film contest Athanatos Inmortal organized by the
Canarian Institute of Bioanthropology and the Archeological Museum of Tenerife within the Extraordinary World Congress of Mummy Studies. In 2019, he filmed the experimental documentary Pillimpo about the
self-taught sculpturer with the same name and whose work is a blend of Kitsch and Outsider art / Art Brut. In 2021, he filmed
