TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Applications can be made for projects which are either one-off films or animated documentary series, produced in any country worldwide.

BTG DOC will be held from 26 January to 29 January 2018 in Guía de Isora as an annex to MiradasDoc.

Participation in BTG DOC costs 200 euros per project selected. In addition to participation in the workshop, this includes registration to MiradasDoc Market and accommodation (shared room) in the Albergue Municipal hostel of Guía de Isora, Tenerife.

This lab is the result of an agreement between the BTG Animation Workshop (Bridging the Gap) and MiradasDoc.

Entries can be made between 13 October and 15 November 2017. Five projects will be selected, and these will be announced on 20 November 2017.

Entries can be made by film-makers from any part of the world who have an animated documentary project. Projects can be feature films or short films, one-off pieces or part of a series.

Interested parties can enter their projects by completing the online registration form and accepting the published terms and conditions. Entries can be made between 13 October 2017 and 15 November 2017.

The Festival will recognize the person who signs the entry as the sole point of contact for all issues related to the participation of the project in BTG DOC and as having sole responsibility to other companies or persons involved in the workshop.

The decision regarding project selection will be final and there will be no appeal. Until the Festival decides to make an official announcement, the invitation of each project to participate will be strictly confidential between the management of BTG DOC and the project’s film-makers or representatives.

The film-makers of the selected projects commit to:

– Send the information required by the organization for the MiradasDoc industry catalogue and the festival website, in English and Spanish.

For projects selected to participate in the BTG DOC workshop, there is a cost of € 200 per project. This includes registration in MiradasDoc Market and accommodation in a shared room in the Albergue Municipal hostel in Guía de Isora.

Any questions that may arise in the interpretation of these terms and conditions will be resolved by the event management.
