Three friends investigate a crime committed in Spanish Guinea in 1959. One of them is the son of the attorney general of the African colony. Another is almost blind and the third is the filmmaker who films them. The victim is Acacio Mañé, first black (fang) who tried to claim sovereignty before the UN.

Lorenzo Benítez. Filmmaker, producer and distributor of documentary films. In 2018 he founded Antonia Films with the filmmaker Mercedes Moncada. Co-founder of the international agency 3boxmedia, Cologne (Germany), where he selects contents and advises projects. His debut feature ‘Madres Invisibles’ (2016) was selected at around twenty festivals, including Miradasdoc, and sold to four international TV stations.

Antonia Films is a new independent production company based in Cádiz. It is composed by the Nicaraguan filmmaker Mercedes Moncada (Sundance, IDFA, Berlinale, San Sebastian, etc.) and the producer Lorenzo Benítez, with extensive experience in various roles in the direction, production and sales of international documentaries. Both have come together to make creative documentary films from the South of Spain and Europe and establish bridges with Latin America and Africa. Cinema made from the peripheries.
